Ingredients:
- 1 lb. pork or beef liver
- 2 eggs (shell too)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1/2-cup soy flour
- 1/2-cup whole-wheat flour
Blend first five ingredients, add whole-wheat flour until stiff, but not dry. Press into 8x8" pan. Bake at 250°F. for about 1 hour. Cool, cut into squares and store. Use as needed.
